A complete financial accounting including budgeting is integrated in SAP Business One, by which a significant increase in efficiency and productivity can be achieved.

The modules as an overview:

Chart of accounts - Existing standard templates (SKR03, SKR04 or IKR) facilitate the direct entry into the accounting system. Individual charts of accounts can be created and precisely adapted to the specific business requirements.

Journal Entries - The integrated financial accounting can be automatically generated for transactions in the areas of sales, purchases and banking transactions. Similarly, new journal entries can be created, existing journal entries can be searched, and any transaction can be automatically assigned to a profit center.

Parked documents - By using this function, manual journal entries are provided for a preliminary batch processing. This way, entries can be checked and corrected before they are entered to the general ledger.
